Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Standard Refund Requests:
- A refund can be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Upon processing the refund, the current subscription plan will be canceled immediately.
- The full amount of the subscription fee will be refunded.
Upgraded Subscription Plans:
- If a user upgrades to a higher subscription plan and later wishes to cancel the upgraded plan, the full amount of the upgraded plan will be refunded.
- However, if the user had a previous subscription plan with a longer expiry period, the amount for the previous plan is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following scenarios:
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Refund requests for the previous subscription plan if it overlaps with an upgraded plan.
